Perfect location, there is a pool, but not really big and the water was not really clear. We did use it though and so far no skin irritation, etc

Worn furniture, bad moldy smell in the bathroom.

Good

Location is great! Little walk away from the river taxi and the famous Khao San. Lots of restaurants, massage places, shopping etc. Perfect spot to acclimatise to the heat and move around the city at a budget price point.

The place is a bit tired. The bathrooms are not as clean as they should be. The bathroom is on the balcony which wasnt a problem for us but some might find it odd.

Great location close to many restaurants and bars and also close to the river, but enough distance to the noisy nightlife.

Air conditioner was leaking on our last night there, bathroom water got to toilet area if shower was positioned in the middle of the shower

Great location, clean, comfortable and quiet.

Great location, a few minutes walk to the main busy part of Khaosan but just far enough away that you couldn’t even hear it when sat by the pool. Room was spacious and clean. Staff all friendly and helpful. Good pool table and great swimming pool to chill out in.

Can’t think of anything negative. Only issue I had was going in the pool with silver jewellery on, the pool water is high chlorine and tarnished some of the silver but that’s mostly my fault for wearing jewellery in the pool anyway.

Good location, go elsewhere for breakfast

Close to restaurants and shopping

Breakfast voucher, unfortunately did not deliver, waiter could not allow a fruit option in place of meat. We had to pay 100baht for the fruit. Do yourself a favour and eat elsewhere.

Loved the vibe. Would stay again!

The location was amazing, super close to the nightlife, all restaurants, shops and massage parlours but off a side road so you don’t hear the noise. The pool area was awesome . We weren’t sure what to expect after reading some negative reviews but we loved the hotel . The bed was actually comfy, not like most Thai beds . The staff were friendly and the room was clean. Would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom set up is a bit weird as you go onto the balcony to get to it but we thought it was sort of cool . It does need a renovation or clean up as it’s outdated and has some ants.

Just right for price and location. a perfect for a base local to Bangkoks best bits.

Great location for people who don’t was to be super close to the busy/hectic areas of Bangkok but in walking distance to great bars and close to the river for the ferry, making it easy to get around. Bar/restaurant area was great too.

We booked a deluxe room, these are the rooms with bathrooms. Just be aware not all rooms have showers and toilets in them - check before you book. Air con was hit and miss.

Nice room eventually however we arrived too late to enjoy the amenities i.e. the pool. (not the faul

We didnt get the room we booked so had to show them the booking on our phone. Finally got the correct room which was lovely however there was no elevator and it was up on the 5th floor. Had to move our bags ourselves. We did arrive late due to plane delays and didnt get to see the pool, not sure where that was.

Great place, great price

I liked my room as it was comfortable and clean. I also loved the lobby and restaurant. Staff were super friendly, despite some other reviews saying they weren't. The kids and I got a big beautiful send off from the lady behind the bar as we left. I'd definitely stay again

I think the rooms could use a wardrobe and an iron. I packed dresses that I couldn't unpack, and there was nothing to iton them with. Even sn area set up for multiple rooms could work. Also, I don't believe guests at hotels need their rooms serviced daily, but maybe just a little more frequently for topping up coffee and toilet paper could help
